Germany’s top soccer team was dealt a painful blow after Marco Rios, captain of Borussia Dortmund, was injured and absent from the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
It is worth mentioning that the German team, led by manager Hans Peter Flick, is in Group V with Spain and Costa Rica as well as Japan at the Qatar World Cup.
As confirmed by Sky Sport Germany, Marco Royce will not be included in the German team’s list for the Qatar 2022 World Cup due to an ankle injury.
According to German reports, Borussia Dortmund’s Marco Ruiz needs several weeks to recover after the ankle sprain, which will make him not participate in the World Cup, because he is unable to return ahead of schedule.
Distinguished national coach Hans Flick, head coach of the German team, is expected to announce the list of machines for the “Qatar 2022” World Cup in the coming hours.
Marco Rios has already missed out on Germany’s 2014 World Cup team due to injury, before taking part in the 2018 disappointment and testifying to the machines’ exit from the group stage in Russia.
